RED NUEVOS SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS \u2013 MiRed<\/strong><\/h5>\n

These terms of use (hereinafter, the \u201cTerms of Use\u201d) govern the services of the website www.mired.com.do (hereinafter, the \u201cWebsite\u201d) of Red Nuevos Servicios Financieros, S. A. \u2013 MiRed (hereinafter, \u201cMiRed\u201d).<\/p>\n

Use of the Website grants you the status of user of the Website (hereinafter, the \u201cUser\u201d) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions set forth in the Terms of Use and the Policies published by MiRed at the time the User accesses the Website. Therefore, the User must read these terms carefully each time they use the Website, as they may be modified without prior notice.

Purpose.- <\/strong>Through the Website, MiRed provides Users with access to and use of the services, information, and content (hereinafter, the \u201cServices\u201d) made available by MiRed or by third parties.

Free access to and use of the Website.- <\/strong>The provision of the Services by MiRed is free of charge for the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some of the Services provided by MiRed through the Website may be subject to the payment of a fee, which would be specified therein.

User Registration.- <\/strong>In general, the provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration by the User.

Accuracy of information.- <\/strong>All information provided by the User through the Services must be truthful. Accordingly, the User undertakes to guarantee the authenticity of the data they provide as required by the forms necessary to subscribe to the Services. Likewise, the User shall be responsible for keeping all information provided to MiRed duly updated so that it reflects, at all times, the User's actual situation. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide and for any damages they may cause to MiRed or to third parties as a result of the information they supply.

Intellectual Property.- <\/strong>All content on this Website, including texts, images, compilations, trademarks, logos, color combinations, or any other element, its structure and design, the selection and presentation of the materials included therein, and the programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, are protected by intellectual property rights held by MiRed or by third-party licensors, which the User of this Website must respect.<\/p>\n

The User of the Website must refrain from removing, altering, circumventing, or tampering with any protection device or security system that may be installed on it.

Protection of personal data.- <\/strong>To use some of the Services, the User must first provide MiRed with certain personal data (hereinafter, the \u201cPersonal Data\u201d).<\/p>\n

MiRed will automatically process the Personal Data for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Privacy Policy. MiRed does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the Services provided by third parties through the Website that may cause alterations to the User's computer system (software and hardware) or to the electronic documents and\/or databases on their computer system.

MiRed has adopted the levels of security protection it deems necessary and strives to implement the technical means and protection measures that become necessary. However, the User should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

Thanks to \u00abcookies\u00bb, MiRed is able to recognize the browsers of registered Users (after they have registered for the first time), which helps them avoid having to register each time they visit the areas and Services reserved exclusively for them.
